This karmic cleanse involves every element. These are base ingredients and after you call in your honorable ancestors and the ancestors of the land, you will be guided to add certain things that pertain directly to your journey. During some shamanic work, its important not to touch those who are healing, otherwise you will take on their trauma and break their personal ceremony.
This karmic cleanse is likened to a Spiritual coming of age, because you must feel worthy of being cleansed of everything you’ve done. It abides by the universal laws that are present throughout the galaxy. This means that your dharma must still be fulfilled before or after the cleanse. It can not be avoided. I offer the clip below, as inspiration, for each individual to be courageous enough to be whole. You. are. worthy.
Important
After the cleanse and your dharma has be served to completion, you will have new life. You will be rebirthed anew. Deep soul searching must be done to root and align you with your destiny. I personally rewrote my soul contract within my Akashic Records. I offer these 8 pillars of Restoration as a starting point for those that are ready to return to their true selves after WHATEVER they have done. It does not matter.
8 Pillars of Restoration
Restorative practices call on the regenerative capacities of the divine masculine. By applying actionable tools and exercises, we are able to clear away deprecation and educe our own restoration.
Integrity - Must be rooted in the devotion and conviction of your soul and life's purpose-- in the dark and in the light. When no one is looking and when you have an audience/witness. Your integrity must be acknowledged in its entirety, not just parts that you feel comfy with.
Self Accountability - When we hold ourselves accountable, then others won't have to. It requires transcending the necessary step known as victimhood. Its all a part of the process. "I hold myself accountable for....." is a very simple sentence that relinquishes ones ego instantly. No one is too good to apologize, in spite of how karma's retribution may have spun the wheel of destiny. Your suffering is not an apology.
Compassion - Having compassion for oneself may be easier if you sit in the seat of your higherself and remember that since we have bodies, we are ALL subject to flaw. Take a big exhale and pause. Relax your shoulders and look LOVINGLY in the mirror. A helpful mantra: "Its ok for me to make mistakes, the right people will still LOVE me."
Forgiveness - Not absolution, not saying what happened was ok, but actual authentic forgiveness requires courage. The ego may tell you that you look like a clown for having allowed it, but the heart needs it to happen to be free and liberated from the poison we carry without it.
Redemption - Feeling worthy enough to rectify things and move forward knowing that you have done wrong, intentionally or unintentionally. You may have to tap into the LOVE of your lineage for this one, because causing harm easily leads to self hate. They can pour into you and remind you that you deserve to move forward. They will even show you how. It is often done by way of dharma and humility. YOU DESERVE TO TRANSMUTE IT. It will always make you greater.
Divine Integration - Acceptance of what occurred with hindsight's piercing gaze. Letting things unravel as they need to. Then making choices with divine guidance on how to best move forward to serve the highest good of all involved.
Embodiment - Affirming who you are in this present moment, with full knowing and acceptance that you will never be who you once were. Having applied permanent changes to one's character to better fulfill one's destiny.
Progressive Action - Applying what you learned and experienced in tangible situations into the physical world. Reintroduction of ones self to the people whom you LOVE and those who truly LOVE you. Moving forward. Moving on.Depending on what you've experienced, you may not need all of these steps. However, like the stages of grief, you may ping back to a few that are tied to other traumas that influenced ones actions and character.
The exploration of these pillars should be done with one's honorable ancestors or spirit guides. The one's you trust most, so they can show you the error in your ways and you believe it, without question or pushback. So they can piece you back together how you divinely need to be. This work is deep as hell because some of the things you may have done could have lead you there. Think of a trampoline though. Life has its ups and downs beloveds. That's nature. Babies aren't born without contractions to balance out the expansion of all dat bellay….
Prayer of Forgiveness
The first step is this prayer. It can not be avoided. Please substitute the name for GOD that resonates best with you. It must be universal and include both genders, because some of the karma you may have accrued deals with only one gender. To negate either will not procure full remedy.
I accept the situation as it is in this lifetime and every other lifetime, in this dimension and every other dimension
I ask GOD for forgiveness in this lifetime and every other lifetime, in this dimension and every other dimension
I forgive myself in this lifetime and every other lifetime, in this dimension and every other dimension
I forgive everyone else involved in this lifetime and every other lifetime, in this dimension and every other dimension
Now put your hands in the form of a cup, like shown above. Pour into it every emotion, memory, and thought from the situation. Go through your entire chakra system to completely purge. Dig deep and release whatever comes up. Then lift it up above your head.
GOD, I surrender this situation over to you, in this lifetime and every other lifetime; in this dimension and every other dimension
I give thanks to all that is, in this lifetime and every other lifetime; in this dimension and every other dimension
This ritual is best done on a Wednesday, but any day will do. Call on your honorable ancestors, orishas, guides, angels and or the most high to guided you safely and purposefully.
Write these words on a sheet of blessed paper with a blessed pencil.
Say them out loud from your heart. Put your entire emotion into them. Mean it with everything that you are to infuse them into a cleansed 7 day white candle.
I summon the power of the source of all creation to karmically cleanse myself and all parties involved permanently, in all dimensions of space time.
I summon the power of the source of all creation to heal myself and all parties involved permanently, in all dimensions of space time.
Place the paper beneath the candle while you draw a bath at sundown, using the herbs below.
Bless your faucet. Then add these herbs to the bath.
Ylang ylang (herb or oil)
Mugwort
Motherwort
Burdock
Fenugreek Seeds
Dip the paper into the water while you are in the tub then place it beside you.
Let the paper dry beneath the candle over night. Then prepare it with these items to be burned by fire in nature.
Hair that was attached to you during the event.
You may add bodily fluids as well.(optional)
Burn it in a culdron/bowl with sage and other herbs of your choice.
You may add other fuel to the fire to ensure it burns completely.
Breath regularly in the presence of the smoke. Do not evade it.
Speak these words over the flame.
"I summon the power of the source of all creation to now cleanse my karma for what I've done in all dimensions of space/time."
Sit in peace and meditate on stillness and new life. Visualize the evolution of your new life. Allow the divine to show you how your life will change for the better. Accept and receive it.
Your mental space will still have the residue of what you did. You will even still have the same energetic cords and people in your orbit attached to your karma. Everything will change. Be attached to nothing. Let things go without attachment. Let new things come with openness.
Finish with a cleansing spiritual bath. Pray over the waters to permanently move forward into the prosperity of your destiny.
