LOVE bathing is an exercise that can be done to shift ones focus to a higher vibration. While done on the individual level it can look very similar to positive affirmations. A LOVE for the source of all creation is the first form of LOVE wherein we find fulfillment. Self-LOVE is the second form that we must also have a healthy amount of. I will map out individual, partner and group LOVE bathing in this blog entry. To begin I will share with you the importance of LOVE and cultivating a healthy level of it in our vessels. I will break this down scientifically and spiritually for those of you who prefer either or both.
It has been scientifically proven that water has a memory. Sound vibrations have the ability to affect the quality and nature of water: words, sounds, frequencies, vibrations, even thoughts and emotions. As our human bodies are comprised of about 65% water we are no exception to this science. When you speak ill words to a child, those words are received and, if not cleansed, possibly taint that child forever. When we listen to music with violent words these vibrations penetrate our consciousness and change us from the inside out. From emotion, to thought, to action, we are influenced. As water is known as the emotional element in magic its quite clear how affecting it can change our vibrations easily.
Everything you feel stems from emotion. The frequency upon which we vibrate is LOVE. It is consistently emitted from the source of all creation to sustain our existence. There is no way to avoid emotion for we are made of it. We are LOVE. What is very important to acknowledge is that some people are vibrating on a lower frequency of LOVE. They LOVE in a more primitive way that may not be beneficial to your growth. You can see an example of this by referring back to a previous relationship of yours or perhaps even your first. Become aware of how you used to LOVE compared to how you LOVE now. Become aware of how you used to let people LOVE you compared to how you allow people to LOVE you now. It has been said that "We must teach people how to treat and LOVE us." However to effectively do so it must be done within ourselves first, without controlling others.
By letting go of trying to control others we are much more available to control ourselves. As we command a much greater amount of self-LOVE, our reality simply will not permit things that we once experienced. In these times it is very easy to pitfall into the redundancy of forcing ones will on those who have ill intentions or even feeling victimized by external circumstances. Realize that their karma is their karma unless you take it upon yourself to act as karma's enforcer. In no way am I saying to turn the other cheek because protection and self-defense are forms of self LOVE. What I am saying is that there is no need to search and destroy when you could be using your energy to create better alternatives. Also become aware of that fact that those who force their force their will onto others have very little willpower. We see results of this in the employees of corporate America. Capitalism is based on persuasion and one-upmanship. These workers regularly indulge in hardcore drugs, and are the main clientele of sex workers.
It is well known that our chakras are energy centers, but what is little known is that the fronts of them are emotional centers and on our backs lay our will centers. Having over-active emotional centers pushes this energy outward and forward, leading people to be over emotional, desiring emotional gratification and perhaps even being an emotional doormat for others. Simultaneously, it makes the will centers under-active, depleting one of their will power as they give it over to those who emotionally gratify them. Transversely, having over-active will centers leads people to be shrewd, cold and even hot-headed when it comes to getting their way. This puts people in a state of emotional negligence or even manipulation to get their way, without ever truly embracing their own emotions.
With balanced chakras a person is able to harness their energy within the physical vessel and wield it, with a divine connection, to serve the highest good of all. The protrusion of one's emotional centers and will centers is turned inward and all this energy is used to sustain ones divinity. Which nicely introduces the act of LOVE bathing.
Self-LOVE Bathing
LOVE bathing on oneself can be done using a myriad of methods, however I'll be detailing two specific ways. The first begins with looking in a mirror. Smudge and clear the mirror first. If you haven't practiced self-LOVE in a while it may feel weird. You may even have to break through the judgments you harbor about LOVING yourself, which others have projected onto you, because they don't LOVE themselves.
Begin to tell yourself all the things that you appreciate and LOVE about you. Begin with small things and allow it to build on itself. Allow whatever comes to your heart to be expressed. You deserve to LOVE every part of you. You are worthy of your own LOVE. Even LOVE those hard things about yourself that you avoid or think others won't LOVE you for. LOVE them anyway without conditions. Unconditionally LOVE yourself.

Higher self-LOVE Bathing
The second method of self LOVE is pouring LOVE into your higherself. Your higherself is the most advanced expression of who you are. It is the highest you. Its like having a guardian angel that is you. Or like being able to communicate with your future self that has ascended and now transcends space and time.
Begin by visualizing a tube of white light that connects you to your higherself. Pour infinite LOVE from your heart chakra upward into your higherself. This strengthens your divine connection. It is also benificial to express LOVE through words. Your higherself has always been with you, guiding you and LOVING you since even before your birth.

Physical Self-LOVE bathing
Physical self-LOVE Bathing involves you and you only. Taking a nice bath is ideal. Wash every part of your body with LOVING waters. Self massages thereafter with shea butter are lovely too... Another simple way of physical self-LOVE bathing is leaving your future self gifts.

Partner LOVE bathing
LOVE bathing with a partner helps to build interpersonal relationships. However, both parties must be willing to LOVE on each other. This particular method of LOVE bathing can also include prayer to build faith and a divine connection within a relationship.
Start by sitting on the floor facing each other. The floor allows you to be grounded and humble with your intention. Look deep into each other's eyes with pure LOVE & compassion. Take turns saying what each of you LOVES about one another. Each turn will naturally build off each other so allow the influence of your LOVE to guide the experience. After each turn, allow your partner to say thank you so that they fully receive your LOVE.

Partner Physical LOVE bathing
Bathing your partner is the simplest example. Scrub every crevice with compassion. Sex with the intention of making LOVE is the deepest form of physical LOVE bathing. Massages and gift exchanges are also useful.

Group LOVE bathing
Group LOVE bathing should ideally be done in a sovereign circle. Allow each person to have the spotlight while every other person takes turns expressing what they LOVE about them. Each person should have a turn to receive. This is a powerful team building exercise. After each bathing the individual should say thank you to the collective or after each person shares. Then say thank you to the individual.
LOVE bathing raises the vibration of all involved, those who are giving as well as those who are receiving. It can shift your focus from the sad things in this world to all that is good in it. Beloved, always remember that while the ugly exists it will always contrast the beautiful. Both will always be there, but it is our vibration that dictates our perspective. It is the frequency we are emitting that creates the reality that we experience.
Spiritually
Praying by surrender is a free way to acknowledge the most high and communicate to the LOVING beings in higher realms that you are ready and willing to work with them to serve the highest good of all. By surrendering one's problems over to the divine you are in a sense "Holding your peace and letting the lord fight your battles." I can confidently express from experience, that when you surrender your problems over, the solution will quite often be placed right in your lap. It happens in many ways, shapes and forms: Ideas, inner peace, random blessings, and mountains will be moved for you, etc. This simple prayer can be said with the use of this surrender exercise:
First, get in touch with the situation at hand and find where it is in your body.
-Some situations are more emotional, some are more mental and some may have already manifested as physical ailments.
Create a cup with your hands.
Visualize the situation on all levels of its existence and see it pouring out of your body and into the cup of your hands.
-Don't just see it, but feel it happening. Feel the weight of this burden being removed from you.
Lift the cup as high as possible and give it over to the divine. Give it to your ancestors. Give it to your guardian angels. Give it to the Orishas. Give it to the Neteru. Give it to the eternal source of all creation. Do this while saying this simple prayer.
GOD, I surrender this situation over to you. I put this in your hands forevermore. I release it. I let it go. Ase/Amen.
When the solution comes, give thanks to the divine and all those involved. Now walk in complete faith with a knowing that you are well taken care of.
Take a slow deep breath. Become aware of how you feel in this moment.

Emotionally
The emotions with the highest vibrations are LOVE, GRATITUDE, JOY and PEACE. By choosing to feel these emotions, we are able to shift our consciousness to a vibration that is beneficial to the growth and progression of life in all places. We must use our willpower and choose to feel them. An accumulation of discord is common among those without a consistent spiritual practice. Therefore, it can and will be difficult to fight through much denser emotions to experience lighter ones. "Keep a heart as light as the feather on the head of Ma'at" - Unknown. Lower vibrational emotions include but are not limited to anger, rage, sadness, guilt, pity, and fear. By recognizing the presence of these emotions we are able to transmute them into higher vibrational allies. What's most important is accepting and acknowledging that these lower vibrational emotions exist so that we can do something to change them.
In the presence of fear choose to have faith in the universe and yourself.
In the presence of anger choose compassion to find understanding within yourself and the situation at hand.
In the presence of resentment, discontent or dissatisfaction choose to be GRATEFUL for what the universe blessed you with.
In the presence of sadness choose to find JOY in even the simplest things in life.
In the presence of unnecessary rage choose PEACE.
In the presence of guilt choose self-forgiveness.
In the presence of vengeance choose forgiveness of others.
In the presence of pride choose humility.
In the presence of vanity choose charity with a full cup and allow the over flow to provide for others.
In the presence of pity choose empowerment for we are all unlimited beings and reflections of the creator.
In the presence of sympathy choose empathy to find comprehension for the plight of others.
In the presence of hate choose LOVE.
These are just a few examples of the eternal myriad of emotions we have the capacity to feel. The aforementioned list is merely a reflection from my perspective, guided by the divine, to share with those who are lead to this influx of information. You may have different transmutations that cater more specifically to your situation. Please follow the LOVE in your heart. Follow what feels better. Walk towards what feels lighter in both ways.

Mentally
"Clearing the mind is often as simple as distracting it or giving it something to do." Paraphrased from a Buddhist Monk, Huffington Post 2016. Become aware of how clear your mind is when you are doing meditative actions such as washing the dishes, taking a shower, driving your car or dancing. Actions that require conscious thought allow your mind to concentrate so deeply that you are able to be present in the now. The now is the only time and place we ever have. The future doesn't exist and the past is gone forever. There is never here and yonder is but a wonder. Therefore dwelling in any of them is unbeneficial to who you are right now. Who you will be has not yet been created and who you were pales in comparison to who you have become. The following practice is a meditation used to transmute any lower vibrational thoughts into a LOVING and PEACEFUL state of being.
Visualize a golden egg surrounding your body. This golden egg is filled with the divine healing and LOVING energy of the universe. Feel this energy surrounding your body and aura. Begin to inhale this golden LOVE into your body in all places it needs. Exhale from your mouth and feel yourself releasing any thoughts that no longer serve your highest good. As you release your worries, traumas etc. inhale the LOVE where voids have just been created.
As you have found peace through this exercise. Continue to inhale LOVE and then begin to exhale GRATITUDE. This raises your vibration divinely and safely.

Physically
The body is a manifestation of the spiritual essence within each being. It is also the last and most primitive reflection of the divine source that we are reflections of. If one were to consider the closest essence of source being our eternal soul then emotions would be the LOVING frequency and expression that we emanate. The intent of our emotions puts us on a frequency to create and receive thoughts indicative to said emotional frequency. Through the body we are then able to act on our thoughts: Spirit > Thought > Emotion > Action. The catalyst for change can manifest at any point of this equation. It could be a thought that inspires a deep cathartic moment. It could be a heartbreak or emotionally fulfilling act that changes the composition of ones body. Here are a few actions we can do to raise our vibrations.
Eating healthy! As your vibrations increase and perhaps even after an awakening you may find that you just can't eat the same things anymore. Your body will literally reject it. Along my spiritual journey I've observed that I tend to give up less healthy food right around the same time I make great spiritual transformations. Is nature causing nurture or? Maybe it all works together.
I first gave up beef and pork. Two years after, I gave up poultry and meat altogether. At this time, I still eat fish and eggs but now oscillate between veganism and pescatarian. I gave up dairy around the same time as poultry but always held onto my mayonnaise and cheese. Recently I found my body reacting quite poorly to this so it had to go.
Fasting! A good fasting detox helps the body cleanse itself of toxins while increasing the immune system, providing emotional/mental clarity and building willpower. As you shed weight you will shed emotional baggage and past traumas as well. Make time for catharsis and mental release.
Exercise! Work that problem out! Exercise is an amazing practice that allows us to transmute our lower vibrations into constructive manifestations. However, I've found that working out angry yields less beneficial results because I felt more aggression in my body after. It was as if I was moving those thoughts and emotions right into my muscular composition. It wasn't until I incorporated positive affirmations that I found exercising to be holistically beneficial to my highest good.

Beloveds here a plenty of ways to raise those vibes…….The most simplest form of receiving what your heart is calling you towards is asking. Just ask the Universe lol. “Universe can you raise my vibration on all levels?”
