Cosmic Offerings
As we are well aware of propaganda and the affects its had on humanity thus far, I feel that many people still fall victim to the psychological and emotional manipulation it systematically perpetuates. Therefore I shall do my best to enlighten those who wish to see the light that shines through me.
This ritual is for people who have had very traumatizing magic done to them, deep root work for long periods of time, feeling trapped in spiritual warfare, activists and radicals under psychic attack, people who shine brightly and have the evil eye sent to them often etc. It's for the deep stuff.
The ritual works by cleansing and strengthening the auric field. It cleanses the ethereal, emotional and mental body of the magic being sent as well as what's responsible for attracting it. It will allow you to safely face yourself and the deepest issues from this and every other lifetime that have karmically brought this upon you. You will see and make amends with the shadow that you naturally cast by choosing to stand in the light. In this ritual you will heal and forgive yourself and everyone else involved. You will all be better individuals as a result. No party shall suffer, fail or be conquered. All will know and experience pure LOVE. This intention transcends conflict while fortifying self preservation and transmuting ill will into constructive action. If you are willing to do the work, then the victory will wait patiently for your arrival.

The sign that you know yourself to be is your sun sign. This is the part of you that you allow the light to shine one. However, how you manifested in this world is your earth sign. This is your physical body. It is the exact polar opposite of your sun sign.

It is with my deepest GRATITUDE that I share these words. The healing experiences that I have held at Minka Brooklyn have often transcended time and space itself. They began as Community Healing Meditations. I remember the first 6 weeks when no one showed up. I would come prepared to hold space, setting everything up as if people were coming, and no humans would show up. However, my ancestors would come and sit with me every time. I would ask them "What am I doing wrong?" They would say nothing. I would ask "What do I need to do?" To which they would reply "You came to meditate, so meditate." So I would. I took one week off on the first Wednesday of June and wondered if returning was worth it. As always, I went into deep prayer and meditation to seek out guidance. I was told to go back with fresh eyes. For the first time, three people showed up. Then the next week more. Each time after that there were always people to heal and share space with.
I'm so grateful, that my existence overflows with GRATITUDE. The younger me would say that my words are not enough to express my GRATITUDE, but the present me knows better. I am enough.

Along your meditative practice you may be guided to expand beyond your physical body. If you are welcoming spirit guides that serve the highest good then it will happen safely. Before meditation, say a prayer setting your intention to serve and be guided by the highest good through out your journey. Know that your words and acknowledgments have power.
Many are familiar with the 7 Chakra system as it is the most popular and widely used for spiritual develop and enlightenment. However there are more chakras that exist beyond the body. In this article we will focus on the two that are right above and below us.
Beloved the purpose for letting go is for the benefit of everyone involved. Sometimes we hold onto people and things that aren't going anywhere and sometimes we hold onto things that are detrimental to our well being or the well being of others. When we hold grudges we reserve a special place for people in our hearts that is liken to a prison. Each person whom you have yet to forgive has their own individual cell, allowing the pain of the memory you share to scream through ones subconscious.
After traumatic experiences, it is imperative to cleanse oneself spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. Throughout this human experience you will come to observe that we are affected on multiple levels of our being by any given occurrence. After and during the process of cleansing you are able to find innerstanding from the pain of your wound. Through healing, you discover why you had to experience such hurt and what seeds were divinely planted in the soil of your sorrow. You may even be given foresight into the future as to what said seed will grow to become.
Beloveds in these times of mother earth's transition, our vibrations have naturally begun to raise in tandem with her's. We are moving out of darkness and into the light-- each of us becoming light beings with less denser vibrations. Mother earth is made of star dust. Our bodies are of the earth and our eternal souls are one with the divine source of all creation. It is in this capacity that we are all one. By choosing to flow with the divine nature of life, we are choosing to co-create with all that is, across space and time.
To seek clarity in a specific situation while you sleep, burn a hand full of sour sop leaves in a fire resistant bowl. Do not evade the smoke, but instead inhale it as regular breath. Do not waft the smoke to inhale all of it. Let it happen organically. Allow the leaves to burn while praying to Olokun of the waters, asking him to reveal the deep mysteries of a situation clearly in your dreams and be specific.
